A new favorite! This is hands down the best restaurant in the surrounding area. We have lived in Tuscany and Umbria for over 3 years and this is one of just a handful of places that stand out as above others. Four of us had dinner and had the appetizer of prawns wrapped in phyllo, baccala "confetti" over pumpkin puree (wow!), pici pasta with aglione sauce...topped with a whole burrata, tagliatelle with rana pescatrice, and the baccala entree. Finished with crema catalana flambe. The baccala was a generous size portion, but more importantly the quality of the preparation was amazing. Everyone loved their pastas also. We will be going back often !

The best pasta I've ever had in my life. After nearly 2 weeks in Italy, it was also the finest meal of our trip. As a tourist it's often hard to find authentic restaurants, but that's exactly what this place is. The terrace at the back is charming. The service was very good and the prices are hard to beat.

Decided to try this restaurant because of the reviews and it does not disappoint!Food makes you feel like home, both the taste, portion and hospitality. Just because the portion is generous doesn’t mean it’s bad, in fact the opposite! I want to highlight the staffs are very friendly and it runs like a family business. You see young and mature teenagers helping out, always unforcedly kind, and very hard working (so rare these days!).10/10 would come back again!!!
